Workshop description:
This 16-hour course will focus on the muscles supporting the shoulders and arms. Massage therapists will learn the anatomy of the automatic nervous system and how to track both sympathetic and parasympathetic responses. The parasympathetic response allows the body and mind to integrate tension patterns easily. Students will learn to engage the parasympathetic response using a combination of using radically gentle vibration created by the use of percussion tools like Theragun tools, breathing, movement, awareness, and intention. Upon completing this class, they will guide their clients in activating a parasympathetic response in their sessions and daily lives.
