Cancellation and Refund Policy
All workshops are subject to change or cancel without notice. Participants are
responsible for providing a current telephone number and e-mail address for notification of
any changes.
In the event of a cancellation by the workshop instructor, all payments will be
refunded.
In the event of a cancellation by a workshop participant, the instructor will retain a
$30 processing fee and will be refunded the remaining amount of the payment. If a
workshop participant cancels or does not show the day of the workshop, without notifying
the instructor or The Florida School Of Massage at least one week in advance, there will be
no refund.

Directions to The Florida School Of Massage
From Downtown Gainesville:
Go South on 13th Street (Route 441) 1.5 miles past the intersection of Williston Road (Route
331). The school will be on the northbound (Left) side immediately following the
intersection of 13th Street (441) and SW 63rd Ave. Turn around at the next available u-turn
(about 500 ft.) and make a right turn into the school parking lot.
From the North:
Take I-75 South to exit 382 (Gainesville/Williston exit). Make a left turn at the end of the
ramp onto Williston Road. Make a right turn onto 34th Street/Rocky Point Road at the
second traffic light. Follow this road to the end and make a right turn onto 13th Street (Route
441). The school will be on the northbound (Left) side. Turn around at the next available uturn
(about 500 ft.) and make a right turn into the school parking lot.
From the South:
Take I-75 North to exit 382 (Gainesville/Williston exit). Make a left turn at the end of the

Take Route 10 West to Route 301 South. When you arrive in Waldo, follow signs for Route
24/Gainesville (exit is on the right). Route 24 will turn into Waldo Road. In about 15 miles,
make a left turn at the traffic light onto 13th Street (Route 441). In 1.5 miles the school will
be on the northbound (Left) side immediately following the intersection of 13th Street (441)
and SW 63rd Ave. Turn around at the next available u-turn (about 500 ft.) and make a right
turn into the school parking lot.
