Learn some simple techniques for doing a dang good massage at home! In this workshop we will focus on methods for giving therapeutic touch to family, friends, and loved ones. Learn the basics of working on the neck, shoulder, back, feet, forearms, wrists, and hands. You’ll leave this workshop with some tools to help release tension, promote relaxation, and help ease pain and discomfort.

You’ll need:

• A couple pillows
• A blanket and a sheet
• Some unscented or lightly scented all-natural body oil or butter
• A towel
• A partner! Each person will have an opportunity to both practice and receive with their partner.
