Workshop Description:
You will learn specific reflexology and relaxation techniques, terminology, foot anatomy and a general understanding of the body’s systems and how the feet relate to them.
You will learn how to perform a reflexology session, as well as experience firsthand some of the benefits of reflexology by working on other students and by being worked on by other students and the instructor.
You will gain a deeper understanding of the definition of reflexology and the various ways that reflexology can positively affect the body and mind and learn some approaches to address clients’ complaints. This will allow you to confidently integrate reflexology into your practice.

About the Instructor:
Caroline Verdi is the owner of TSUBO reflexology and aromatherapy. She has been practicing reflexology since 2014, helping her clients improve their health naturally. She studied at and is certified by the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY and is certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB). Caroline is an NCBTMB approved provider as well as an approved provider in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Mississippi and Florida.
Caroline is very passionate about her work in the field of reflexology and is still amazed every time she sees the effects and health improvements that her clients experience. Her goal is to help spread the knowledge and use of reflexology so that there are more practitioners out there helping those in need experience what reflexology can do for them!
