Network with your colleagues, get peer feedback, and enjoy a lively round table discussion focused on the legal, ethical and medical considerations of practicing massage therapy.
Issues covered include: client/therapist relationships, working with the disabled and differently abled populations, appropriate touch and draping issues, filing a complaint against an unethical or dangerous practitioner, and preventing medical errors and injuries to your clients. There will be ample opportunity for questions, as well as sharing personal situations that have occurred in your own practice.
We will cover pertinent changes to Florida law governing Massage Therapy so you will be current on legal issues that could affect you.

“These classes were so much more fun to take with my colleagues than online. Excellent discussions and “food for thought”. RS
“I never realized how much fun these dry subjects could be. Loved all the laughter and interaction with other local therapists while learning useful information.” AH
