It is the first number in nature to create a shape and therefore holds a strong foundation. Ariela put together a series of three classes which she believes will create a foundation and inspire students to really thrive in this field. \nThe first weekend that we meet will be a one hour sequence that can be applied either on the mat or a floor. This will allow students to feel confident to work on their future clients in the art of Thai Massage. After a month we will meet again and look more in depth at the artistry of Thai Massage and develop intuition in our work. The last weekend will be a weekend dedicated to the feet\, which can also be added to the first two weekends as a session for those wanting a longer massage. Learning the foot sequence makes it very easy to give a one and a half to three hour Thai-Massage if ever needed.
