She has been practicing reflexology since 2014\, helping her clients improve their health naturally. She studied at and is certified by the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck\, NY and is certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB). Caroline is an NCBTMB approved provider as well as an approved provider in Louisiana\, Pennsylvania\, Mississippi and Florida. \nCaroline is very passionate about her work in the field of reflexology and is still amazed every time she sees the effects and health improvements that her clients experience. Her goal is to help spread the knowledge and use of reflexology so that there are more practitioners out there helping those in need experience what reflexology can do for them!

Massage therapists will learn the anatomy of the automatic nervous system and how to track both sympathetic and parasympathetic responses. The parasympathetic response allows the body and mind to integrate tension patterns easily. Students will learn to engage the parasympathetic response using a combination of using radically gentle vibration created by the use of percussion tools like Theragun tools\, breathing\, movement\, awareness\, and intention.
