Experiential exercises will help refine presence\, and ample hands-on exchanges will hone the needed sensitivity for working with the subtle rhythms. Students will leave the course with the presence and ability to sense some of the cranial enfoldments\, an understanding of the history and uniqueness of each approach\, and a direct body-felt sense of which approach they may want to pursue for more training. \nAbout the Instructor: \nLicensed since 1993\, Mary is a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist\, Instructor at the Florida School of Massage\, administrator & teacher for Touch of Presence® School for Biodynamic Studies. Much of her education since 1998 has focused on various styles of Craniosacral work. She studied and assisted in the Visionary Craniosacral Work program with the Milne Institute (1999-2004); studied with the Dynamic Stillness school in 2011; assisted Prana Gogia in 2022; and has studied\, assisted\, and organized Florida courses for Giorgia Milne since 2015. Mary’s teaching is grounded in clarity\, curiosity\, and a true love for this field of study.

Massage therapists will learn the anatomy of the automatic nervous system and how to track both sympathetic and parasympathetic responses. The parasympathetic response allows the body and mind to integrate tension patterns easily. Students will learn to engage the parasympathetic response using a combination of applying percussion therapy with the theragun tool\, breathing\, movement\, awareness\, and intention.
