Workshop Description:

This dynamic hands-on workshop will enable you to use fascial anatomy, orthopedic assessment and massage techniques to better treat your clients with ease and confidence. EVERYONE can learn in this class, from the beginner student to the advanced practitioner.

The workshop will cover how to manage and resolve common lower extremity concerns such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee and hip pain, strained hamstring muscles, and chronic nagging, hip and low back tightness. You will learn how hands-on therapy for the hip and pelvis can resolve many lower extremity challenges.

This one-day workshop will be SUPER FUN and will INSPIRE you!

Instructor Biography:

Benny Vaughn has 42 years of experience as a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist. He is an NATA Board Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Benny has served at four Summer Olympic Games as a member of Team USA sports medicine with Track & Field. He has provided massage therapy services for USA Track and Field at six World Championships. He is a full-time massage therapist and owns the Benny Vaughn Athletic Therapy Center located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Center specializes in working with active adults, HS, college, professional and Olympic track and field athletes.
